Over the past few years I have found numerous web sites that provide workout information, training programs and other
topics to help those that wish to get in better shape. Before beginning a training program consult your physician.
I am currently 44 years old. 6' 2" and 200 lbs. Having recently had a physical I decided to change my workouts and eating
habits in order to get to a weight of 185 lbs. without losing strength or stamina.
Some of my personal best lifts are as follows:
Bench - 245
Squat - 225
Press- 140
Curl- 110
Deadlift - 305
So you can see that I don't have amazing strength but that I consider myself strong.
